Week view is broken

Week view seems to be borked. I have it set to "week" not 6 / 7 days but for some reason the week is starting on Tuesday with Monday of next week all the way to the right. When I try to forward to the next week, it doesn't change the dates and something is clearly broken in the "All day" area of the calendar.
