Project Templating & Section Duplication

I need the ability to replicate project structures to save time on recurring workflows. This includes two specific capabilities:

1. Project Templates: Setting an existing project as a "Template" to be used when creating new projects.

2. Cross-Project Copy/Paste: The ability to select a section (including all tasks/metadata) and move or copy it into a different existing project.
