Features & Improvements Request

I'd like the ability to add projects to meetings, this will allow time blocking (you can group related project tasks in and around meetings). it will also allow tracking the time spent in each project (area/category/project).

Add the ability to drag calendar events into task lists or automate the conversion of specific calendar events into tasks.

When rescheduling events in Akiflow, the tool currently shifts the start date/time but retains the original end-time, which can lead to incorrect durations. Example: Original event: Today at 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM (30 minutes) When rescheduled to tomorrow at 10:00 AM, Akiflow sets it as 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM Expected behavior: The event should be rescheduled to 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM, preserving the original 30-minute duration.

It would be nice to be able to set custom label on colors like orange for 'Travel', Red for 'Important Meetings'

Akiflow currently auto-adds a default conference tool (like Zoom) when participants are added to an event. This can be inconvenient for users who don’t always need a video call. Add a setting to disable or customize this behavior.

It would be nice if all events including the ones we are yet to accept sends notification inside Akiflow.

Say I have an interview scheduled with a candidate on my calendar. I would like to be able to note down some of the to-dos (fill in evaluation form etc) tagged to the calendar invite such that when I click on the calendar invite, I can see that there's a corresponding task(s) attached to it. Such tasks should also still be reflected as the same way as the other tasks do.

It would be great to have the ability to add multiple alerts/reminders and be able to customize when they occur. Fantastical has this feature and it works very well to remind me of events and tasks to complete. Currently, when I add an event or task in Akiflow, I have to then go into Fantastical to customize the alerts/reminders. I would like to not use Fantastical anymore and do all that within Akiflow.

Currently, Akiflow automatically adds reminders to events synced from Outlook-connected accounts. It would be helpful to have an option to: -Disable automatic reminders for all synced events. -Enable/disable reminders on a per-event basis for greater customization.

Currently, Akiflow does not provide a dedicated section to view a list of meeting invites. In platforms like Google Calendar, users receive notifications when someone books a meeting with them, making it easy to track new and pending invites. It would be helpful to have a similar feature in Akiflow where users can see all their upcoming meeting invitations in one place.
