Our company (like many others) uses Google Workspace Domain Resources & Rooms for booking meeting rooms. It would be really helpful if Aki could automatically find an available room and add it to my calendar invites. This would save time by removing the need to go into Google Calendar every time I schedule a meeting at the office.

Allow users to add and store a phone number directly in the event details. This would be helpful for meetings, calls, or appointments where a dial-in number is needed.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to add and use custom conferencing links in Akiflow events. For example, I use Riverside to record my podcast and send out a static link to my studio. Currently, Akiflow only supports integrated providers, but adding custom links (similar to how Notion Calendar does) would make scheduling more flexible.

I'd like the ability to add projects to meetings, this will allow time blocking (you can group related project tasks in and around meetings). it will also allow tracking the time spent in each project (area/category/project).

When creating a new event from the Month view, the current behavior only allows selecting a date, defaulting the event to "All day." Add an option to set a specific time directly during event creation in Month view.

Able to create custom reminders instead of the default 10 minutes before event. And also multiple reminders option

Add the ability to drag calendar events into task lists or automate the conversion of specific calendar events into tasks.

It would be great to expand Akiflow's natural language processing (NLP) capabilities for setting up repeating events. Currently, some common recurrence patterns aren't recognized, such as: “every Sunday” “weekly” “every 7 days” “every other Sunday” / “every other week on Sunday” “every morning at 8AM” “on Wednesdays at 8AM” “every month on the 1st/15th/etc.” / “on the 1st of every month”

I missed an important note that was left on a calendar invite today and discovered that Akiflow doesn’t currently surface this detail. It feels essential to have any notes or descriptions added to calendar invites visible within Akiflow — ideally when viewing the event details or when hovering over or clicking into a calendar event. This would prevent missed context or action points embedded in the invite.

would be helpful if Akiflow could automatically detect and merge events with the exact same title across multiple connected calendars. This would prevent duplicate events from cluttering the calendar view while still allowing users to maintain event visibility across different calendars.
