Outlook calendar: seeing repeated time slots

I just experienced this morning that I my time slot that used to just show one of is now showing double in Akiflow. Not sure what changed... I attached images from both the app and outlook for context, and included the details of the extra entry in Akiflow.

Hi everyone, great news, this issue is now fixed!
Please:
- delete the Outlook integration and add it again to Akiflow
- delete duplicated events (not slots!) from Akiflow
- unlock & re-lock the slots series
