Add a chrome tab as a to do

Integrate with chrome so that when a tab is Bookmarked / Saved / starred etc. The link appears in akiflow inbox as a To Do that can be scheduled. This is useful for two things:

• Action specific pages / docs..etc.

• Eliminates the need to keep 10000000 tabs open to remember stuff.

• When actioning the to do, a simple click in akiflow would reopen the tab and i would be able to carry on with the work.

This is very similar to what's currently done in gmail / slack, but integrated to chrome.
