Calendar Sync with BusyCal and iCal and/or Make Calendar Syncing Optional

It would be helpful to have options for “BusyCal” and iCal as the calendar we sync to. I really don't want to use Google Calendar or Outlook, and unless you sync to one of those, you aren’t allowed to create a scheduled event within Akiflow (which is pretty draconian). Even better, make calendar syncing optional rather than mandatory.
