Create a task/event from existing event

eg:

Where a google meet is setup, It doesn't form part of total time planned for the day, as its not a task.

We should be able to convert it to a planned task, to have a better idea of total planned time for the day.

This also is a problem, as future planned events don't show in the upcoming view.
