Improve Task Titles and Move Details to Description for MS Teams Tasks

What is the problem you are trying to solve?

When creating a task from Teams to Akiflow, the text of the Teams message is automatically placed in the task title. This often results in a title that is too long, unclear, and messy. Additionally, the user has to manually edit the title and move the text to the task description, which adds extra work.

In your mind, what does the feature look like?

The desired feature is for Akiflow to automatically generate a short and clear title based on the content of the Teams message. The full text of the message should automatically be placed in the task description. This could be achieved using AI, similar to how Akiflow currently attempts to auto-recognize projects.

If this idea is implemented, what is the long-term benefit to your business?

The long-term benefit is that less time is spent manually editing tasks. This improves efficiency, creates a cleaner task management environment, and streamlines workflows.
