More robust internal team availability based on working hours

It would be nice to see team availability ("all working hours") when using the calendar features without explicitly sharing a booking link. So when I select a colleague I see the working hours of that colleague highlighted in the calendar grid. The availability blocks shouldn't (visually) be blocks, more like highlights.

Even better would be more configurable "working hours" that can handle more complex configuration like having a free day every two weeks and having every Monday morning off.

Adding a "in office", "out of office" and "working from home" to these slots would be the cherry on top.
