I need stronger time tracking capabilities in Akiflow that provide clear, project-based insights into how I spend my time. The current statistics don’t accurately reflect my work focus because they are mainly task- or event-based and are skewed toward solo activity. I primarily work alone due to security constraints, so collaboration metrics are not relevant in my case and distort the overall picture.
I want time tracking to be tied directly to projects, with automatic aggregation of time spent per project and task. I also need clear visualizations—especially pie charts similar to what ClickUp offers—to show how my time is distributed across projects. These visual overviews should live in a productivity dashboard that makes it easy to understand where my focus goes.
Additionally, I’m looking for more automation around assigning tasks and time slots to projects to reduce manual work. Without these improvements, I have to rely on external tools to analyze my productivity, which increases friction and creates a risk of churn if Akiflow can’t cover these needs.
