Recurrence: Align Recurrence Settings with Start of Week Preference for Weekdays

I'd like to request a feature enhancement related to recurrence settings. Currently, the "Start of Week" setting only impacts the calendar view, while weekdays recurrence defaults to Monday–Friday as the workweek.

It would be helpful if the "Start of Week" preference could also influence the default weekdays used in recurring tasks or events—especially for users whose workweek doesn't follow the standard Monday–Friday pattern.

This would streamline setup and reduce the need to manually adjust recurrence each time.
