i would like to be able to directly link a task slot to a calendar event in akiflow.
in my use case i often have recurring meetings, and these meetings generate tasks that my staff needs to execute. so a very convenient solution would be to associate a task slot directly with a calendar event, so that when i create or move the event the related tasks are automatically updated or visible in relation to that appointment.
right now i’m using two approaches:
i create a task slot at the same date and time as the appointment. the problem is that when i move the appointment, the slot stays in place and doesn’t update with the event.
i assign a specific tag to the task, linked to the person or the meeting type. that way when i look at the appointment i search for tasks with that tag. but it’s not ideal because there’s no direct link between event and task, and i still have to find them manually.
for me, having a task slot directly linked to a calendar event would be a much smoother and more efficient solution.
