I would love a feature that allows for "bucketing" like tasks together. For example, I’m currently in the midst of doing my taxes. I have emails (pulled from my integrated Gmail) and to-dos, all related to my taxes. While this isn't a full-fledged project or something that warrants its own tag, I would love the ability to group them together under a single heading for easier organization.
Proposed Implementation:
This feature could function similarly to sub-tasks but remain more flexible and lightweight. In practice, it could work by:
Creating Buckets – A user can manually create a bucket (e.g., “Taxes 2025”) that acts as a temporary container.
Drag & Drop Functionality – Tasks and emails can be easily dragged into the bucket.
Quick View & Expand/Collapse – Buckets appear as a single item in the task list but can be expanded to show all grouped items.
Cross-Category Compatibility – Tasks, emails, and notes can be added to the same bucket without requiring a project or tag.
Optional Auto-Bundling – If Aki Flow recognizes multiple tasks with similar keywords (e.g., "tax"), it could suggest bundling them together.
This would be incredibly helpful for users managing related but ad-hoc tasks without cluttering their workspace.
