Akiflow syncs to Outlook Calendar which syncs back to Akiflow

Not sure if this is a bug or a matter of changing settings somehow, but the syncing is resulting in duplicated items on Akiflow.
Purple on the right is the original Akiflow entry. Green on the left is the synced entry on Outlook Calendar reflected back in Akiflow.
