Add Markdown (task description, copy&share..)
P
Péter
Since I work with other apps that work with Markdown (e.g., Bear for notes), this would enable compatibility. Here's how Things app solves it: https://culturedcode.com/things/blog/2021/08/remarkable-notes/
However, Markdown support is not a game changer for me and only a personal preference.

They’re so useful in Todoist — Clickable Title Here — so I use them all the time. But when I bring the task over to Akiflow, it’s a giant mess. Similarly, all Spark integrations to Todoist show up there as clickable titles and in Akiflow as long, non-clickable web addresses. I think simply adding markdown to titles would fix all this and make the integration with Todoist much better. Thank you!

Markdown Links in Task Names and Descriptions

Please consider adding support for parsing markdown links from both task names and descriptions. I believe this would be a valuable improvement.

markdown support in general would be amazing, its too clunky to highlight or select the toolbar to create headings. I would like to quickly just create headings using markdown.

That would be so great to have support for markdown not only in description but in task titles as well. This way items imported with other apps like todoist will appear in nicely formatted shape.

Better Task Integrations UI

I use trello a lot, and the format in which the task from trello is shown is akiflow is unusable. I would like to maximize the usefullness of akiflow, but right now I just can't rely on it to read trello tasks, I have to open trello which is annoying
Stefania
Hi Ruben, can you be more specific? What's about the Akiflow UI that is not working for you?
Thanks!

Stefania: As you can see from in this imported task from trello, the whole description text is condensed, there is no paragraphs or basic styling, which makes it extremely hard to read and understand. I personally can't do it, I need to open trello and read there, only use akiflow to see the task name. Makes sense?

It would be a game changer for task descriptions, specially when used with focus mode. This would replace 3rd party note apps for most of my documentation for work.

Would love to see this for the task body as-well

Markdown titles on description

I'd like the descriptions also to support Markdown, because we copy tasks from apps that have that support. For example
code or command
support would be nice.Load More
