Adding a comment on behalf of Abid Imam: Enable Akiflow's auto-scheduling to be context-aware by integrating external data sources, such as weather information. For example, if snow is forecasted for Tuesday, the system could automatically schedule 30 minutes for shoveling in the morning. This would enhance productivity by dynamically adjusting schedules based on real-world conditions.

Jeson P Whats the current vision? The current AI features are not really AI features, more ML features. At its a different context than the original Akiflow App.

Adding a comment on behalf of Vic Kalchev: Akiflow collects a lot of data about its users schedules, tasks and, inherently, about its behaviours. It should know what tasks get completed, which ones get rescheduled, how long on average each task lasts, etc. Given all that data and rich context, at what point will Akiflow's enging be able to plan my schedule for me? I'm staring at an empty Saturday and I don't feel like planning the weekend for me. Can't Akiflow do it?

John Villarasa So true! this been the most important feature i'm looking forward to! Motion did it so well, but their UI, integrations etc is horseshit + the pricing. Wish Akiflow can just add this one feature!

ie... ability to layout personal, work, routine/rituals schedules and optionally auto fill my day according to schedules

could also handle that "call mom once a week item" that suggest an available time during a week planning ritual.

Adding a comment on behalf of Alex: The AI auto-schedule feature for specific tasks (with an on/off option) would allow users to maintain personalized planning, which is a core goal of Akiflow. This feature should enable users who prefer AI assistance to auto-schedule or move overdue/pending tasks, while still giving others the flexibility to toggle this feature on or off, potentially based on the priority level of tasks.
