We need to be able to see the backlog with more detail. A table is perhaps the best way to do this so you can filter by project, tag, etc. You should be able to access this more intuitively in the planning process. If. you truly want people to dump everything out of your mind into AKI then the process of moving things from backlog into active work needs to be much more intuitive. Just look at what Sunsama just announced-- they are a couple years ahead of AKI in their learning- so take a look at this roadmap
