Akiflow not always synching with Linear

I seem to find a fair number of completed tasks (in Akiflow) that do not seem to synch back to Linear. I really rely on this being an automatic process and don't have time to deal with tasks that I have already done (in Akiflow) to only discover them still floating around in Linear.
This seems to be a reasonably regular occurrence.
Can you look into this issue and improve the synchronisation process?

Hello.
Please find attached an example of the issue. I find plenty of them. The synch isn't reliable when marking a task complete in Akiflow (doesn't mark it complete in Linear). This just causes me more work and also makes it look like I am not getting tasks done in Linear.
I can probably post more as I find them, but, I am not sure what good a screenshot does as it is a fairly straight forward issue.

After this post, I went back into Akiflow, unticked the task from "done" to not "done", then I ticked it as "done" again and it almost instantly marked it as done in Linear.
It seems that Linear seems to miss the task being marked "done" on the first attempt.

Here's another one. Not sure how the screenshots help, but here they are as I come across them. Please fix this as it wastes my time and defeats the whole purpose of marking it completed in Akiflow if it isn't going to sync with Linear. It also makes me think that I haven't done the task.
