The current mobile view for tasks is very tall—each item shows the AQ indicator, “Inbox” badge, priority dot, etc.—so only a few tasks fit on screen and I need to scroll a lot. To improve usability and give a clearer overview at a glance, I’d like:
• A compact or “dense” list mode that hides non-critical metadata (e.g. AQ circle, Inbox label).
• Reduced vertical padding so more tasks appear per screen.
• Toggle option between the standard and compact views for flexibility.
This enhancement would minimize scrolling, streamline the interface, and help users focus on their pending tasks more efficiently.
