It would be very helpful to have the option to move items from the inbox into a different section—such as a “Notes” area.

Right now, every incoming item (emails, WhatsApp messages, forwarded content, etc.) becomes a task, but often these are not actionable tasks. Sometimes they’re just notes, references, or context for later.

Without this distinction, the inbox quickly becomes cluttered, forcing users to rely on external tools like Notion or Coda for managing notes separately.

By adding the ability to separate tasks from notes (or events vs. notes), Akiflow could reduce inbox overload and increase adoption, since users could stay fully within Akiflow for both task and note management.
