Project/Task Status

I would like the ability to set the status of a project or task, ie. Not Started, In Progress, Complete. Right now I am using tags for this feature, but it isn't as intuitive as a status could be.

Great idea! For now, we're keeping things simple and minimal, but our current tools like tags and projects are flexible enough to support workflows like yours.
