When adding a new task in the description, it would be useful to be able to indicate the end of the description/notes. At the moment I have to remember to add all the other info first as something like "...//files shared in the Teams chat today" won't pick up the 'today' as the time scheduler.

"...//files shared in the Teams chat// today" might work better
