Ability to Dismiss or Disable Shutdown Callout in Daily Planning

Currently, the Shutdown Callout in Daily Planning cannot be dismissed like other callouts in Akiflow. It would be helpful to have the option to dismiss it in the same way as other callouts. Additionally, if Shutdowns are fully disabled in Settings, the Shutdown Callout should be completely removed to align with user preferences.
