Ability to remove / turn off "Scheduled with Akiflow" when sending event invites.

Currently "Scheduled with Akiflow" gets added to all events created from Akiflow. You can delete them after the event has been created, by editing the description. However there are certain events where I don't want my client to see that in the description, especially when booking sensitive meetings.

Current workaround is to book those meetings from google directly, but would love that option in Akiflow.
