Ability to toggle between 12h clock and 24h

While the US use the 12-hours clock, most country use the 24-hour one [1].
It would be convenient to be able to toggle between those two modes. Especially in the time-sharing window.
Before:
• 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
After
• 13:30 - 15:00
