Add a top-edge resize handle so users can drag to move an event’s start time

Currently I can only drag the bottom edge of an event to change its end time. There’s no handle on the top edge to adjust the start time directly.

Proposal: Add a top-edge resize handle so users can drag to move an event’s start time—just like the existing bottom-edge handle.

This would speed up edits, align with other calendar apps, and improve overall workflow.
