Add Option to Remove or Navigate to Failed Integrations

When an integration fails, users currently only see a "Reconnect" option. It would be very helpful to:

1. Add a “Remove” button for failed integrations, so users can clean them up without reconnecting.

2. Provide a direct link or button to navigate to the integration's specific settings page to troubleshoot or manage it more easily.
