Its easy to simply assign every inbox task to “next week” but then next week happens and I have 10000 Tasks … :D A better approach is to calculate all tasks together and rate a week how full it already it. So when planing it will show if next week is already really full or even if this month is already pretty full and its better todo it next month or replan other tasks. This could also be helpful for the ai to know how to automatically plan tasks based on available time
