Aki: Alert on Unsupported Workflow Actions

When a workflow contains an action Aki can't perform (e.g. notifying about unscheduled tasks with upcoming deadlines), it currently fails silently. Instead, Aki should notify the user or flag the issue so it's clear the workflow isn't working as intended.
