Aki: Improve UX Feedback During High Load and Processing

As Akiflow grows in use, users have reported experiencing lag, especially during periods of high load. It would be helpful if the UX provided better feedback during processing. For example, displaying a "Processing" message, spinner, or visual cue to indicate that Akiflow is still working would alleviate confusion. Users often aren’t sure if the app is processing, ignoring input, or if there’s an issue.
