Aki: On-demand, triggerable templates for Aki (beyond routine schedules)

Currently, templates(Workflows) in Akiflow can only be set up in settings and are triggered on a routine or recurring basis. This limits their usefulness for flexible workflows.

It would be very helpful to have a way to:

1. Trigger templates on demand, not just on a schedule.

2. Use a button (similar to the “Replan” button) or a dedicated section in Akiflow where we can instantly activate a chosen template.

3. When triggered, Aki could automatically process the template as if it had been typed in, following the instructions linked to that template.
