Aki with Apple's new On-Device and Server Foundation Models

Shipping Aki on Apple Devices with On-Device and Server Foundation Model support. This would not only greatly improve privacy and data concerns through Apple's private cloud compute. But could also decrease cost and having offline capabilities by using the 3B on device model for rudimentary actions.
