Akiflow not always synching with Linear

I seem to find a fair number of completed tasks (in Akiflow) that do not seem to synch back to Linear. I really rely on this being an automatic process and don't have time to deal with tasks that I have already done (in Akiflow) to only discover them still floating around in Linear.

This seems to be a reasonably regular occurrence.

Can you look into this issue and improve the synchronisation process?
