Alarms instead of normal notifications

I would like to see a feature implemented to the android app that REALLY notifies me that a task has ended and/or one is starting. I don't always hear the notification on my phone to know if a task has ended or started which means I find myself easily ticking over the allocated time on a task. Maybe an in built alarm that you manually need to dismiss would help me switch tasks on the go easier.
