Align mobile task creation behavior with web version (no default duration until scheduled)

Currently, when creating a task on mobile using the “Create” button, it automatically assigns a 30-minute duration by default.

On the web app, however, tasks don’t have a duration until they are dragged onto the calendar at which point the default duration is applied.

It would be great if the mobile app behaved the same way for consistency across platforms.
