Allow Custom Sorting of Team Members in the Right-Side Panel

It would be very helpful to have the ability to manually reorder team members in the right-side panel based on my own priorities. This would let users arrange teammates in whatever order makes the most sense for their workflow, instead of relying on a fixed or automatic sorting.
