Allow me to change the default or "smart" action of the Command Bar

I ALWAYS want the command bar to default to "New Task". Or more specifically, I NEVER want the default action to be "Join Hangout". I can't tell you how many times I invoke the Command Bar, type the task name, then hit enter, only to be dropped directly into the Hangout screen for my current or next meeting. It's VERY annoying.
