Automatically remove Notion tasks from Akiflow when filter conditions no longer match

Sync task removal with filter conditions — when a user is unassigned or no longer meets import filters, the task should auto-remove from Akiflow (and auto-reimport if reassigned later), instead of staying frozen and requiring manual deletion.
