Same idea as slots, but that don't need to be on the calendar yet. For instance, if I check in on invoices once a week, I might want to have a "check in on invoices" task planned for this week, and in there I might want to drop any questions that I've received in my email or in Slack during the course of the week. It would be so nice to be able to keep them organized, and put them all on the calendar into a single slot instead of needing to move them all around individually and add them all individually to the slot when I finally created it.

    Hi James Skarzynski That’s a really good suggestion! It’s not something we’ve been actively thinking about just yet, but ideas like this help shape how we expand functionalities in the future.

    In the meantime, one workaround you could try is using tags. With tags, you can group related tasks (like your “invoices” ones) and then easily view them all in one space regardless of project, planned date, or whether they’re unplanned. You can also filter or sort by planned date, which makes it easier to spot the most recent ones and then batch-schedule them into a slot later on.
