Bug: MCP duplicated all tasks

All the duplicated tasks have the same internal ID. Claude via MCP was instructed to replan some tasks, and this seems to have immediately caused duplicates as seen in the Akiflow UI. I asked Aki, and it confirmed the corruption, but it said it could not help me delete the duplicates because it did not create them.
