Calendar preview of the event while creating it

I'd like to see a flashing slightly transparent outline of what the event would look like on the calendar (as in Vimcal). It'd be super awesome to click N -> type in "Code now =3hrs" and before clicking enter see an outline/shadow in real-time on the calendar of what that event would look like (and you can see it side by side with other events before confirming)
