Capture feature: keep the URL if text is added to the command bar

I’m STILL having trouble with the URL capture. Even rushing to beat the (odd) timer, if I hit Backspace while typing the title or modifying the task can delete the copied text. I use this a lot so it’s a fairly frequent frustration; even when it does work I have to double check the task every time to be sure. Can this get de-bugged?

Regarding the timer, it makes sense to have one run following each addition to the clipboard so that Akiflow doesn’t pull the most recently copied text into every task even if captured hours ago and irrelevant. But if we then initiate a new task within those 15 seconds or whatever, the timer should stop, right? Once captured, the copied link should stick in that task unless we change our minds and delete it. Having to race against an invisible timer to choose our schedule, duration, project, and tags doesn’t make sense. Thanks for taking a fresh look at this as a bug or design flaw, not a feature request
