Changes to Meeting Assistant

Make it able to be activated manually for any meeting, not just ones on the calendar. I use Granola now, mainly because it has this feature available.

It also pops up when it thinks it detects a meeting in progress, which is great.

And I prefer that I have the option of it showing up as a meeting participant or not (again, Granola and other platforms offer this).

I love that Meeting Assistant integrates with Tasks in Akiflow, so just hoping for these extra features and it will be a complete win.
