Command Bar: use / to suggest and autocomplete commands

I'd love you to allow command codes to be optionally preceded by a / and when you type the first / it would pop up a list of possible codes with their shortcuts. This would go a long way toward helping build muscle memory around the code.

So, for example, I type / and I get a pop up with options that include /= for the duration and /# for project and // for description. That would be really cool.
