Comment Box on Tasks: Ability to add a comment section inside each task to record changes, updates, and notes.

I’d like to be able to log comments and updates directly within a task—similar to how ClickUp and Superlist handle it. This would make it easier to track changes over time and keep all context in one place instead of editing the task title or description repeatedly.
