Configurable prioritization system

I'd like to configure the Akiflow priority system.
For example, I assign importance to "projects" in my life or work. Tasks belonging to projects inherit this importance, and although within the context of the project they may have a high priority, overall they may have less priority than tasks with a medium priority but in a project with greater importance.
I then have what I call "fires" that take precedence over everything else. These are disruptive though, as they mean all other plans are postponed, and I try to minimize them.
