Context-Aware Web Page to Aki Task/Event Creator

I’m loving the new “Email to Aki” feature! It would be amazing if there was a Chrome extension (or similar) that could do something similar while browsing a URL. The extension could extract context from the web page like it does with emails and automatically create tasks, events, or reminders in Aki.

Use cases could include:

  • Conference or event pages → create a task/event with details.

  • Booking confirmation pages → set reminders before the email confirmation arrives.

  • Reports, spreadsheets, or analytics pages → create reminders to review or follow up.

Essentially, it would work like a “command bar clipper” but enhanced with AI to summarize the page, extract dates, links, or action items, and directly create actionable tasks in Aki. Trello is launching something similar with their Chrome extension, which gives a nice example of the potential workflow.
