You need to upgrade the AI so that if asked about a technical support issue, it looks up the corresponding article. If that is not sufficient, it is capable of taking a message and forwarding it to your technical support team for a response, either live or later. It shows that there's a pending message when you get back from technical support. I don't want to be wasting time searching for technical support or reading through articles that are not relevant to my problem. The AI should be able to help me screen through that and offer technical support assistance if none of the technical support articles are relevant to my problem.
