Just want to bump to try to get this on the roadmap. Better Notion two-way integrations would be extremely helpful, it is the one thing keeping me from using Akiflow full time.
I have a Notion task database which acts as the source of truth for broader team visibility. But I prefer the convenience of adding tasks directly in Akiflow since it is my primary workspace. I find myself switching between Notion and Akiflow throughout the day, and I'll inevitably forget to log things in both places which leads to discrepancies / dropped tasks.
Ideal workflow here is simply "New Akiflow task created --> task created in Notion database".
Notion isn't going anywhere, and most orgs use it on some level. A true two-way integration for tasks would make our lives infinitely better.

The reason this feature is important for not only Notion, but any other integrated task manager, is because it demotes Akiflow as the "capture" device for tasks. I love the command bar to add tasks, but anything that I add to Akiflow I have to duplicate in my integrated task managers for the purpose of team visibility. And then once I add it to the integrated task manager, I have to delete the existing Akiflow task because it will be re-imported from the task manager. Imagine if you created a calendar event in Akiflow but it didn't sync to your Google calendar. It would be un-usable! It's the same for tasks. The more I rely on Akiflow daily, the more I wish I could push tasks from Akiflow to my integrated task manager of choice, per task.

Sad to see this not being picked up for close to 2 years. Still would love to have this :)

+1 for this. I often save emails or slack messages that automatically route to my Akiflow inbox. It would be great to then convert those into Notion tasks from Akiflow

Please tell me this added to the roadmap. 🙏🏽
Hello, I believe this is very important feature. A true 2-way sync should be able to populate tasks created in Akiflow into Notion. One possible solution is to link a Notion Database integration with a #project from the start. Therefore, if you create an item in the specified #project, it populates in the Notion database. I also think with this logic it's possible to have multiple integrations from the same Notion database. With Akiflow's great filtering system you can allow the user to automate the process of incoming Notion tasks into different specified #projects. Currently Akiflow has the AI feature to try to automate that process, however that feature is clunky and doesn't always organize my tasks in the appropriate #projects. This forces me to have to comb through my #projects and re-organize my tasks. It would be much easier if I could create set rules with the Akiflow-Notion filter feature to channel tasks to correct #projects.

Jimmy: Thank you for your feature suggestion! We understand the importance of having a true 2-way sync between Akiflow and Notion, especially with the ability to automatically organize tasks into specific projects. We’ll pass this idea on to our team for consideration and appreciate your feedback on how to improve the current process.
