Create task when Gmail sent

How about an easy way to add a task to Akiflow when we send a Gmail message? For instance, I send an email out knowing that I will have to follow up on it in a few days. In order to get that into Akiflow now via gmail, I have to go to sent messages and star/label the message. Could this be done while the email is being composed? Is there a unique email we can send to?
